Sometimes the plumbing has to move so your plans don't have to.
On this project, the original sewer line location would have limited how the homeowner could finish their basement.
They wanted to build a room along the window wall, so we relocated the sewer line closer to the lally columns. By adjusting the layout now, they'll have a much more functional space when it's time to finish the basement.
